Making a Difference

Founded in 2019, The Lighthouse Fund was established in order to provide youth the tools and environment to help them reach their fullest potential. What started off as a small community venue is growing into an enterprise that’s committed to empowering children of all backgrounds.

The Lighthouse Fund is committed to overcoming the linguistic, cultural and social barriers of non-English speaking immigrants living in the U.S.A.  We believe that learning English as a second language empowers immigrants to explore social, educational and economic enrichment where they live and work.

How do we do what we do? The Lighthouse Fund accepts monetary donations (see our donate page for one time/monthlies or contact us!) as well as book donations-- we sell the books on Amazon and ALL of the profits go into the Lighthouse Fund. We also make it our mission to support other Florida nonprofits dedicated to improving multilingualism and literacy. Some of our favorite organizations include the Florida Literacy Coalition, Project Light, and Cap4Kids!
